01 — Information Collection
We collect data necessary to provide our services, including user profile information, usage logs, procurement activity, and technical documents uploaded to the EDMS.
02 — Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests (service security and improvement), legal obligation, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
03 — AI Data Usage
Anonymized operational data may be used to train KinetIQ™ models to improve predictive accuracy across the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements and our published AI data-governance policy.
04 — Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end encryption (AES-256), TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control with row-level security, audit logging, and regular security assessments to protect your data.
05 — Data Retention
Operational data is retained for the duration of the contract plus a 90-day grace period. Users can request a full data export or deletion at any time.
06 — Data Subject Rights
You may access, rectify, export, or request erasure of your personal data. Data-subject requests are processed within the timeline required by applicable law, and our team will confirm receipt and completion of each request.
07 — Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell data to third parties. Data is only shared with verified vendors when a procurement requisition is explicitly initiated by the user.
08 — International Transfers
Where data is processed outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards consistent with applicable law, and we offer deployment-sovereignty options so data can remain in a region you select.
